Who is eligible for Speakeasy's Customer Referral Program?
All current customers, with the exception of Speakeasy Partners and employees, are eligible for participation. The person or business you refer may not be a current customer of Speakeasy, Inc.
How much will my reward be?
Your reward is based on the service you order. You can earn up to $100 each with an order of business services. Specifically, it breaks down to:
- $25 for DSL and Home Voice
- $100 for Business Voice, Business Ethernet, T1, Bonded T1, and Managed services
How will Speakeasy handle inquiries from the person I refer?
We understand that your colleagues are important to you, so we treat them with the utmost care. The person you refer will be calling into Speakeasy on a special phone number and will receive VIP treatment.
What information do we need from your referral in order to give you your reward?
The customers you refer just need to let us know your company's name or your first and last name if you're a residential customer.
Are referral customers eligible for any of Speakeasy's current promotions?
Yes! Speakeasy's Customer Referral Program offers a referral reward on top of any of our current promotions, so the customers you bring us will receive an outstanding start-up offer.
How does the referral process work?
It's easy, just go to our Referral Page and:
- Click on the button below to send an email to your colleagues or friends.
- Add the email addresses of the people you'd like to refer.
- Earn your reward! If any person you refer becomes a Speakeasy customer, we will credit both your accounts – $25 if the new service ordered is DSL or Home Voice, and $100 for Business Voice, T1, Bonded T1 and Managed Services.
If the business or person you've referred places an order with us, you'll receive an email letting you know.
If the person I refer orders service, when will I receive my reward?
Your reward will be credited to your account after your referral's service has been installed for 30 days and they've paid their first month's bill. Once your account is credited, you will receive an email letting you know. Please note this may take up 90 days after the order is placed
