Speakeasy Signs Agreement with Ingram Micro to Bring Broadband offerings to Resellers
Collaboration to Answer Business Channel Demand for Comprehensive Broadband Services

SEATTLE, WA—Speakeasy, the nation's largest independent provider of broadband services, today announced a broadband service distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services. Through this agreement, Ingram Micro's value-added resellers (VARs) and solution providers in the United States will now be able to offer Speakeasy's comprehensive broadband solutions to the nation's rapidly growing small- to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) as well as enterprises and their branch offices.

Products offered range from Speakeasy's business-class DSL to T-1 connectivity products. As part of the agreement, Speakeasy will provide Ingram Micro with end-to-end process automation, enabling real-time visibility and rapid information flow to facilitate easy implementation of the broadband solutions. Ingram Micro's configuration and logistics engines will provide the needed supply chain and logistics management capabilities for the combined solutions.
