(R&A) is a full-service aviation consulting company that provides airport planning services, including facilities and operations planning, environmental planning, and financial planning.     Before Speakeasy, each of R&A's ten U.S. offices had PBX equipment and local phone service. Calls between locations comprised 85% of monthly long distance bills. With different data connectivity and phone service providers at every location, along with PBX equipment to maintain, R&A's IT staff wasted a lot of time tracking people down to address issues.
