Proactive Network Monitoring
You have a business to run. Let us keep an eye on your network. All Speakeasy T1, and Business DSL customers are equipped with a Proactive Network Monitoring (PNM) service that monitors their broadband connections 24 hours a day.
What does PNM mean to you?
Maximum Uptime- Automated ICMP packets are sent to your router's WAN IP every 5 minutes to verify that your connection is up and running at all times.
- In the case of an outage or intermittency, a service ticket is automatically opened on your behalf and routed to a Speakeasy tech.
- Troubleshooting begins immediately to resolve any problems.
Accountable Business Support
- Your Dedicated Business Account Manager (DBM) will be notified of any service tickets generated on your line.
- You will also receive uptime statistics that show you how well your circuit is performing.
- Notification preference tools allow you to tell us how you'd like to be notified of detected outages.
