Speakeasy's voice-optimized nationwide network ensures reliable connectivity and security, while providing consistently clear voice quality.

Voice-Optimized Network
We developed our private nationwide network with Voice in mind, so Speakeasy customers are protected from many of the call quality issues common with other providers:

• Low latency to prevent echo
• Low jitter so calls don't stutter
• Exceptionally low packet loss to prevent dropped calls

We don't oversubscribe our network, and we augment circuits as needed to manage capacity and prevent bottlenecks that can impact call quality. Voice traffic is carried on the Speakeasy network and our privately peered partner networks without ever touching the public Internet, ensuring data privacy and security.

VQ Technology & Quality of Service (QoS)
Unlike other providers who don't have full control over the networks over which calls are placed, Speakeasy provides both voice service and connectivity over one network. This allows us to use VQ Technology to prioritize voice calls over other data for crystal-clear call quality. We maintain a Voice QoS guarantee from the desktop to the public telephone network and back.
